Legendary Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2Baba has been appointed regional Goodwill ambassador by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
This new appointment was announced by the UN Refugee Agency on Tuesday through a Press Release posted on the agency’s website.
The veteran musician took to his official Instagram page to share the good new by posting a screenshot of the announcement on UNHCR’s website.
2Baba expressed gratitude for the honour bestowed on him which will afford him the opportunity to work with personnel and volunteers working hard to provide support and hope to millions of forcefully displaced people around the world.
